By visiting InvestorGen’s websites, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined within our Terms of Service Agreement and Privacy Policy. InvestorGen is a financial and investment content publisher. It is also understood that Users of the websites (hereinafter referred to as 'Users' or 'you') operated by InvestorGen are interested in, and seeking information relating to publicly traded securities in the U.S. and elsewhere.
InvestorGen gathers many pieces of information for use in fulfilling User requests. This information includes, but is not limited to name, email address, phone number, postal address, IP address, and time and date login information. This information is used to fulfill requests and allows us to provide better service to you.
The information that InvestorGen collects is kept confidential unless otherwise specified. InvestorGen does sell advertising to companies interested in targeting our users.
In order to provide our services, we have partnered with Opt-Intelligence, Inc. and StreamSend to assist with the collection, storage, transfer and protection of all consumer information.
The following describes the processes by which we receive, store and transfer your personal information.
InvestorGen collects your information at the time of registration through an InvestorGen website and immediately transfers your personal information and certain other non-personal information to Opt-Intelligence. Personal information collected when you registered with an InvestorGen website may include your email address, name, phone number, zip code and certain information about your investing behaviors. This information may be used by InvestorGen and our Advertiser partners to provide you valuable information and special offers for products and services that may be of most interest to you. Whether or not you provide any or all of this personal information is your choice.
By selecting an offer from one or more of our Advertising partners, you authorize InvestorGen to pass your personal information on to the Advertiser(s) whose offer you selected to receive. As further protection for you, upon submitting your opt-in selections, on our behalf, Opt-Intelligence may send you an automated e-mail confirming each of your offer selections. If you decide not to receive information from that Advertiser, simply opt-out of the offer by using the directions included in the email message. If your information has already been sent to the Advertiser(s), Opt-Intelligence will send a notice of your opt-out to the applicable Advertiser(s).
In every case where Opt-Intelligence sends out an automated e-mail, you will be shown how to contact the Advertiser directly. Since information about you will be provided to the Advertiser(s) of your selected offer(s) and we have no control over the use or distribution of your personal information once it is passed to an Advertiser, we encourage you to review the privacy policy of each Advertiser for whose offer you may select.
On a daily basis, we transfer the personal information of our new registered users from Opt-Intelligence to StreamSend. E-mail addresses and other personal information provided to InvestorGen are then kept on a secure server operated by StreamSend.
Because InvestorGen has partnered with Opt-Intelligence and SubscriberMail to collect, store and transfer your personal information, we strongly suggest that you read the current Privacy Policy of Opt-Intelligence, Inc. and Privacy Policy of StreamSend.
We operate in compliance with CAN-SPAM legislation, and maintain a "Do Not Mail" list of e-mail addresses which will not receive future correspondence from InvestorGen. Instructions for adding an e-mail address to this "Do Not Mail" list are specified within e-mail correspondence from InvestorGen.
E-mail addresses provided to InvestorGen are kept on a secure server. InvestorGen does not share e-mail address and postal information with other firms. Users agree to receive content and offers directly from InvestorGen as well as sponsorship messages from our partners. You can elect to discontinue receiving third party advertisements from InvestorGen, while continuing to receive free content from InvestorGen. InvestorGen will never sell email addresses, postal information or otherwise transfer to third parties the email addresses or postal addresses of our users. InvestorGen will directly send third party advertisements to you. E-mail advertisers who wish to advertise to InvestorGen's users are required to comply with CAN-SPAM legislation, and provide you with an easy process for removal from future offers, as well as provide a "Do Not Mail" option for users who do not wish to receive any further communication from a specific advertiser. InvestorGen does maintain a postal mailing list that is made available to approved advertisers who are offering financial-related products to our users. InvestorGen does not provide these advertisers any personal information. Users agree to receive correspondence by way of postal mail from select advertisers.
InvestorGen does not use your personal information for purposes other than as described in this Privacy Policy except InvestorGen shall have the right to share your personally identifiable information without your consent if it is required by law through a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process.
InvestorGen’s sites are not directed at children under the age of 13. We operate our sites in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and will not knowingly collect or use, or assist in the collection or use, of personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
To request a copy of your personally identifiable information stored on behalf of InvestorGen, please send an e-mail containing your request to privacy@InvestorGen.com. You must provide your full name, e-mail address and any other information reasonably requested by InvestorGen. You may then correct or delete such information using the procedures specified in the e-mail message.
InvestorGen may change this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes or modification will be effective upon posting of the revisions at www.topstockgurus.com. Opting-in to any offer(s) presented by InvestorGen following our posting of any changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
